Hosted by Jason Samuels Smith and Chloe Arnold. Tap students, teachers, parents and lovers of the dance will get an insight into taps’ background, culture and pioneers. It is also an opportunity to share opinions and ask questions.
Cutting Competition
Monday 20th OCT @ Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance
In the tradition of the LA & NY Tap Festivals, students compete improvisationally in their age level for prizes. The winners are determined by our panel of judges including Jason Samuels Smith, Chloe Arnold and festival director Grant Swift. Each competitor will be judged on their timing, innovation, and style. However, this is a friendly, fun-filled competition. This event is open to the public: Join in or Just watch. Gold Coin Donation for competitors.
